Waverly Hills is a dynamic, welcoming neighborhood in North Arlington, VA. The Waverly Hills Civic Association (WHCA) is a not-for-profit civic organization that represents the interest of our neighborhood.
Arlington County Resident Satisfaction Survey
Arlington County regularly conducts a community survey to measure the community’s satisfaction with Arlington County services and programs, as well as overall perceptions of the local government. The results inform decisions on operations, program delivery, and County initiatives; identify areas for improvement; and ensure the best possible customer service experience.
