Waverly Hills is a dynamic, welcoming neighborhood in North Arlington, VA. The Waverly Hills Civic Association (WHCA) is a not-for-profit civic organization that represents the interest of our neighborhood.
Save the Date! Halloween Parade on October 24
Come join us on Saturday, October 24 from 3 to 4:30pm for the WHCA annual Halloween costume parade! Show off your costume (or your dog's costume), get some treats, and hang out with your neighbors. There will be free pizza in the park afterwards.
