Waverly Hills is a dynamic, welcoming neighborhood in North Arlington, VA. The Waverly Hills Civic Association (WHCA) is a not-for-profit civic organization that represents the interest of our neighborhood.
Join us at an upcoming Waverly Hills Civic Association event!
The next WHCA neighborhood association meeting will be held on June 3 at 6:30pm in Woodstock Park. There will be free pizza, and we will elect the Board of Directors for 2026-27.
Additionally, there are three "Pops in the Park" events planned for the summer featuring free popsicles at Woodstock Park. More information will be available soon.
