Waverly Hills is a dynamic, welcoming neighborhood in North Arlington, VA. The Waverly Hills Civic Association (WHCA) is a not-for-profit civic organization that represents the interest of our neighborhood.
2026 Arlington County Crack Sealing Program
Arlington County is conducting its annual crack sealing preventative maintenance program on several streets across Arlington this summer. The 2026 crack sealing program will tentatively start on Monday, July 27, and last approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting. The letter sent by the county to residents whose streets are scheduled for crack sealing is linked here. In Waverly Hills, most of 16th, 17th and 18th Streets are included in the upcoming crack seal program map.
